This tree species was a medium-size tree with red bark, a whitish bloom on the undersides of the leaves, and relatively (to sp-1) shorter, broader leaves. I cut several branches from several trees. They all were very poorly inhabited, but all contained scattered irregular cavities, which looked like formerly occupied chambers of incipient ant colonies.",
