"dwc:fieldNotes": "NOTEBY J.Longino: The Diplorhoptrum were on nearly every tree, streaming up and down trunks in columns. Other ants seemed oblivious to them. A camponotus nest was in the same branch with a large number of Diplo. Camponotus abdominalis was also on nearly every tree. All appeared quite uniform in color. Acanthoponera were remarkably abundant, considering that the habitat was a pasture and the area is surrounded by agriculture. Individuals were widely scattered on vegetation and trunks. Dolichoderus were all from one nest or worker aggegation in debris in fork of guava trunk. Wasmannia were abundant on ground and on trunk bases; a large colony with queen (collected) was under a stone.",
